The GRN cleanse is designed to reset and prepare your body for the FIT Challenge. By engaging in the GRN cleanse you can get back to the basics and give your body a break from all the processed, high in fat foods that have been holding you back. Even if you watch what you eat a cleanse assists proper digestion and nutrient absorption which will be key for the rest of the FIT Challenge. The GRN cleanse lasts seven days, one week, and will give you renewed vitality, strength and prepare you for phase 2.

- Lasts 7 days
- 2 GRN each morning
- Eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want
- 2 GRN each evening
- Drink 3-4 liters of water daily
