Meal Guide
Non-Starchy / Simple Carbs
You will eat these foods in smaller portions and only up until 1:00 P.M. Once again, if you are on a different schedule, you simply stop eating these foods about 1-2 hours before your highest activity levels of the day are over.(examples include) Honey, fructose, corn syrup, any candy, and most other fruits
Non-Starchy / Complex
Non-Starchy/Complex Carbohydrates can be eaten throughout the day, once again still based on the portion sizes. The specific proteins as listed in the Proteins category are timed in the same way as the Non-Starchy/Complex Carbohydrates. These foods, in the correct portion size, can be eaten throughout the day.(examples include) Artichokes, spinach, broccoli, lettuce and most other vegetables
Starchy / Complex-Carbs
The foods in the Starchy/Complex Carbohydrate category will be eaten only during the daytime and up until 3:00P.M. Now if your day is on a different schedule, you simply eat these foods during the time you are most active.(examples include) Oatmeal. potatoes, pasta and rice (try and stick with yams and the various types of potatoes)
Proteins
The specific proteins as listed in the Proteins category are timed in the same way as the Non-Starchy/Complex Carbohydrates(examples include) Chicken (skinless), ground turkey (extra-lean), turkey breast, filet mignon, ground beef (at least 93% lean), ham (at least 96% lean)
Fats (only healthy)
The categories on Fats (healthy only) are to be consumed only during the daytime and up until 5:00 P.M. Once again, depending upon your activity level, stopping the consumption at the end of the active part of your day.(examples include) Salmon, avocado, raw peanuts and other fish seeds and nuts
