Hi, I am Joseph, Agel member form malaysia, downline of Raymond Tay, I got so question about the exercise, for example, the sumo squat. 3 sets and 15-30 seconds repetitions. mean i need to do 3 sets and every set just do one time for 13 to 30 seconds? Thanks

Joseph you are exactly right.

Joseph you are exactly right. Do a squat and hold it for 15-30 seconds. If you get to the point where 30 seconds is easy then increase your time to a minute. Once that become easy increase your number of sets. I hope that helps.
